We will arrange accommodation for 4 nights 1/Nov(Fri)、2/Nov(Sat)、3/Nov(Sun)、4/Nov(Mon) 「NWEC（Nationaｌ Women‘ｓ Ｅｄｕｃａｔｉｏｎ Center）」

If you would like to stay at "NWEC", please fill out the attached application form and apply by e-mail or fax to "Leisure Plan Kasane".
For details, please refer to the attached application form.
* You can apply from Thursday, August 1, when pre-registration for the Japan 3-Day March will start.
＊Please apply for the 3-Day March by yourself.

* Accommodation is provided only. Please travel to the venue by yourself.

●From application to the day of your stay
(1) Application: Please apply by Friday, October 11.
* Room requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply as soon as possible.
(2) Payment: An invoice will be issued once the reservation is confirmed. Payment must be made by Friday, October 18.
* Payment can be made credit card only(VISA or Mastercard)
(3) Change/Cancellation: Please contact us immediately if it occurs.
(4) Reservation confirmation: Reservation confirmation will be sent around October 22 (Tuesday).
(5) On the day of your stay: Please present your reservation confirmation before completing the check-in procedure.
●Cancellation fee after reservation (according to the regulations of the NWEC National Women's Education Center)
